Overview

Information Security, Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist MarkJames is working with one of London's leading FinTech's who have raised over £350 million in funding in the last 6 years. They are going through a period of rapid growth in the security team, having recently hired 2 extra heads they are now looking for a GRC Specialist to help bridge the gap between standards & technical. We are looking for someone who ideally comes from a technical background and has transitioned into someone who has a focus on GRC. A key element to this role is being able to talk to the Cyber Security Engineers and the risk team, working in tandem with both departments. Key Points Rewriting Policies, Standards & Process's Risk Assessment & Gap Analysis Understanding of the SRCUM model Identify process improvements opportunities Taking ownership of any problems and driving solutions Strategic thinking and excellent problem solving skills Strong risk management expertise and in depth understanding of Information Security Ideally we are looking for someone from a FinTech background or a small finance house, however, all applicants welcome.
