Overview
£23 000 to £24 500 Lgw.335 This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract. It’s a full time HR Administrator role which also offers flexibility for part-time working 3 or 4 days a week. You will join a friendly welcoming HR team and play a key role in providing HR support across a well respected, high profile organisation in Swansea. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will - Check and issue contracts of employment ensuring all compliance, eligibility to work in the UK is in place Monitor attendance with a specific focus on sickness absence Advise and support line managers on absence Assist with pension administration Advise on HR queries, such as policies Maintain HR documents and records Manage HR correspondence such as contracts, regret letters and appointment confirmation Ensure HR audits comply with policies and procedures We are looking for a confident, proactive individual, with excellent communication skills who has - Experience of providing HR support to managers Strong HR administrative skills Understands confidentiality in the workplace Is well organised, enjoys working within a team environment and has the ability to prioritise their workload Excellent IT skills, and a sound understanding of systems
