If so, please apply below: Client Details The company / what's on offer: - Free on site parking - HR Advisor - Swansea, full time, permanent - Opportunity to bring new ideas to the table - £27,000 to £29,000 Description The role: To be the first point of contact for and manage the day to day HR/ER queries in your region To build excellent working relationships with the managers and employees To line manage the HR Assistant To support and develop the HR Assistants and HR Administrators ensuring they are kept in the loop with important and relevant information. To support the HR Manager in the improvement of the HR function including but not limited to, policies and procedures, working practices and communication. To be an excellent HR Generalist for your region To meet regularly with the managers in your region to discuss reports and KPI's and work with them to improve their area where required. Data may include, but is not limited to; cost per hire, time to hire, training information (in partnership with the Training and Delivery Manager), vacancies, leavers, number of temps, ER cases and exit interviews, suspensions (time to resolve and costs), payroll data such as: STS, LTS, Gender Pay Gap. This information should then form the people plan for that area for which you will be responsible for overseeing, managing in partnership with the O&D manager and reporting the details on a monthly basis to the HR Manager. Deputising in the absence of HR Manager. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee recruitment and sign off contracts. Oversee payroll queries for your region Support the HR Manager with TUPE work. Manage the Pension and Parental Leave processes. Stay up to date with long term absence including sick leave, maternity/paternity, suspensions and support the O&D manager with meetings, letters as appropriate. Maintain a pay plan and benefits programme. Overview and complete payroll reports. Profile The ideal candidate: - Proven HR experience is essential - Must have experience in advising and upskilling managers - Must have ER experience - Ability to independently and manage staff - Able to bring new ideas to the table Job Offer Please apply with your CV if interested.
