Overview

Administrator, 3 month initial contract, immediate start, based in East Leeds Your new company Working for a not for profit organisation in the East Leeds area. This organisation works hard to improve the health of the people of Leeds by strengthening and sustaining primary care. Your new role You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Board and management team. Duties include: Preparing Agendas Attending meetings Taking minutes/actions notes Setting agendas for Board Meetings Providing support to meetings by preparing and distributing full meeting papers as required Taking telephone calls for the management team when out of the office Managing diaries for the Board of Directors and Management team Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, emailing and shredding confidential documents Organising and planning events, meetings and seminars What you'll need to succeed Extensive Administrative/Secretarial experience Experience of working in a social/health care setting Experience of working as part of a team Experience of general office routine and filing systems Experience of supervising staff What you'll get in return This is an initial temporary contract which could lead to longer term, or possibly permanent for the right person.
