Role: As commis chef you will help the chef de partie and sous chef in the running of the sections. you will be trained in each part of the kitchen. this role will include all the normal duties of a commis chef within a gastro pub. Experience: The Head chef is looking for a strong commis chef looking to work for a gastro pub who can develop and train. you will have a knowledge of produce and a passion to learn more.
