Business Development Manager –The North & Scotland– B&I Catering - £45 - £55,000 basic The Company One of the leaders in B&I Contract Catering is looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to help secure new business and retain current contracts in The North & Scotland. The Role Working as part of a successful team you will be passionate about the food service sector, innovative in your approach and can prove your ability to write excellent bids, engaging proposals and be the face of the company in terms of networking and broadening the profile of the business. This client demands that you are on top of all food trends and upcoming ideas and put yourself in situations where you are continuously learning. This client attracts dynamic, polished and ambitious candidates who are yet to be moulded. What you'll need to succeed? · Ambition, ability, passion and confidence in what you are selling. · Technical ability in writing Bids and Tender Proposals Demonstrate contract T/O wins of £3million annually What you'll get in return? £45,000 - £55,000 plus OTE and Car – Home based role with travel to HQ and Sites Package is open for negotiation with this client who will advise depending on experience – guaranteed positive OTE What you need to do now?
