Job Description
Senior Training Advisor - Business Improvement We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to work as part of an innovative team. Reporting to the Curriculum Team Manager, the successful applicant will plan, deliver, and assess Apprentice training programmes and assist in the marketing of Apprentice programmes to industry. The College offers an excellent pension scheme (LGPS) and the post holder will receive up to 43 days' paid leave per annum pro rata. Applications from part time candidates would be considered. Business Improvement covers the delivery and coaching of improvement activity within an area of responsibility, often associated with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, working to resolve problems - preventing re-occurance, engaging others in issues affecting them and supporting the improvement of performance. Business Improvement, whilst more commonly associated with manufacturing and engineering, can be found across all industry sectors and functions.
