Overview
Property Litigation Paralegal An exceptionally reputable full-service large law firm in Cardiff, offering high-quality work is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant into their expanding real estate team. This role is great for someone who has a desire and genuine interest in property disputes and wants to progress their legal career in this area of law. In this role, you will be expected to provide sound advice to clients on a range of property disputes including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and commercial freehold and leasehold property issues. This is a permanent, full time position and the firm do offer training contracts. This particular department is a fantastic stepping stone for obtaining a training contract within the firm. This is what you’ll be doing Handle a varied caseload of Litigated files from start to finish Work on a broad range of property related problems for a range of clients including occupiers, investors, developers, financial institutions and government agencies. Deal with property disputes Resolve contentious property issues including landlord & tenant disputes and lease renewals The experience you’ll bring to the team An experienced legal assistant in either property litigation, landlord and tenant, litigation or property.
