Futures Recruitment Services are recruiting for an HR Admin Support candidate to join their client who are market leaders in Insurance broking. This position will be supporting business operation within the Talent, Learning and Inclusion team whose purpose is to help colleagues thrive and contribute to the success and growth of the business. You will be supporting in the delivery of programs, key operational, administrative talent, learning and inclusion activities across the company. The role will require a minimum of 4 yrs administration support experience ideally within a large matrixed and multinational organisation. It is essential to have a successful track record in coordinating, supporting and managing high volume operational and administrative requests. Experience within an HR based environment is highly advantageous. Key responsibilities for the HR Admin Support are: Ownership of the logistics for all the UKI L&D sessions face to face and virtual, in partnership with our Learner Experience and Early Careers team including room bookings, sourcing venues, sending invites, managing delegate pre-work, arranging printing and materials are up to date for the facilitators. Ownership and processing of team UKI Invoices Co-ordination, management and regular monitoring of the Talent, Learning & Inclusion Budget Centralized co-ordination to track and monitor the CII membership renewals process Coordination and management of the study policy and professional development guidance and governance - ensuring adherence to it including any clawbacks to fees Event Management support with key UKI Talent Learning & Inclusion forums, summit, inductions and awards events Attendance and administrative support for the Learning Forum meetings. Coordination and processing regularly our UKI Leaver study repayments Manage supplier/vendor relationships, in partnership with Learner Experience Manager, through regular meetings and communications with the Account Managers. Ensure that the TLI Files and Document folder library are kept regularly up to date and accurate. Coordination and management of the travel and expenses for the TLI Head Coordination of Insights requests - raising PO’s, liaising with supplier, ordering materials Essential skills and knowledge required for the HR Admin Support: Stakeholder and relationship management in a complex organisation Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
