Junior Motor Fleet Account Handler/Administrator job, City, up to £30,000, working for a Lloyd's Broker. Your new company Your new job working as a Junior Motor Fleet Technician will be working for a dynamic Insurance Broker. Your new company are one of the fastest growing Lloyds Broker's based within the City of London and have evolved into one of the UK's leading independent Lloyds Brokers. They are experts across a range of insurance and reinsurance broking specialisms and through their professional teams and divisions they are able to deliver solutions to clients & brokers across the world, with specific focus on the UK, European, Latin American and Caribbean markets. They are currently looking for an Account Administrator/Handler to join their Motor Fleet team. Your new role Your new job working as Junior Motor Fleet Account Handler/Administrator means you will be providing assistance to the Senior Account Executives and dealing with account management for a variety of their agents. You will process MTA's, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual Declarations and update in-house systems daily basis. Prepare renewal presentations for remarketing and produce and send invoices and policy documents. Other duties will include building relationships with Brokers and underwriters and chasing outstanding documents, as well as dealing with any amendments and driver referrals to insurers. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience within Insurance In a similar role and preferably experience of handling handling Motor Fleet risks would be preferred but is not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail and be organised with a methodical approach to work. You will be able to communicate effectively with others. You will good IT skills and have an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
