Overview
Reed Legal is working with a fantastic education membership body based in Central London. They are looking to bring in a Head of Governance and Compliance to lead their governance and compliance team. You will report directly into the CEO, so will have great exposure in the organisation. The organisation is the membership arm of a top tier educational establishment. They are looking for a governance professional to join their established team, and provide governance to all areas of the organisation - mainly the Trustee Board and Senior Leadership Team. You will also support cross-organisational meetings, and ensure all aspects of the organisation is legally compliant.
