Overview

Position: Site Manager Location: London SW19 2RR Salary: Excellent salary between £40,000- £50,000 Hours: 07:45-17:00 Benefits: 20 days Annual leave bank holidays . Assistance with training towards professional qualifications eg CIOB MAPM etc Established in 1989, our client, Triton Building Restoration are specialists in external refurbishment with an emphasis on architecturally significant buildings such as Lyceum Theatre and Lancaster House. The company has undertaken main contract works on numerous large projects in the London area up to a value of £5m. These works involved comprehensive external refurbishment and occasionally common parts internally. Skills & Experience Requirements The successful applicant will be a mature team player and will have: At least 5 years Construction and Project Management working experience SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) required CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) required Highly organised Contractual awareness Knowledge of construction including restoration, refurbishment and finishing Experience in managing contracts and complex projects High motivation and a proven track record Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent leadership qualities Proven ability to work to tight deadlines. Main Duties & Responsibilities Carry out such duties as instructed by your line manager. Co-ordination of direct and sub-contract labour. Ensuring overall quality control on site(s). Ensure projects meet programme requirements. Undertake administration and scheduling duties required. All other duties which may be required for the smooth running of project(s) under your supervision. Use your skills and knowledge to perform your duties to the best of your ability. Health and Safety Conduct Site Inductions and Tool Box Talks and maintain records Maintain Health & Safety File and ensure that all necessary measures are in place.
