Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced operational HR Manager to support the strategic HR manager to help deliver value into one of London's largest and most successful providers of Integrated Urgent Care services covering a population of about 3.2 million. You would be responsible for delivering a professional and efficient HR function, and have a lot of autonomy to shape this. They have a strong vision of seeking excellence, fostering innovation and remain patient focused to ensure they deliver a fantastic service and standard of care. Responsibilities below: Contribute to creation of workforce related strategies Lead the HR department ensuring the team deliver a professional service Set objectives for the HR Team and monitor their progress Responsible for leading HR elements of change management programmes Develop LCW’s reputation as a good employer working towards an employer of choice Develop LCW’s open and participative culture, unlocking potential of staff to ensure optimal individual and organisational performance Act with a high degree of day to day decision making autonomy on all HR related matters To act as a specialist resource to managers providing advice on highly complex employee relations issues Location: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea / St. Pancreas.
