Overview

Building & maintaining the financial models, reporting and analysis of business unit operational KPIs and metrics (Actual/Budget/Forecast/Strategy plan) Identify, analyses and communicate current trends and their impact on forward-looking financial forecasts and investigate variances against historic and forecasted results to facilitate decision- making towards the Group strategic plan Liaise with business units concerning the creation, handling, processing or receiving of reports to gather requirements for improvements. Monitor data trends in all reports and work closely with regional budget owners to ensure a comprehensive and quality forecast Identify opportunities and implement solutions in the organization by identifying process deficiencies, offering scalable solutions and driving cross-departmental collaboration to implement those solutions Cross-function coordination and close coordination with various units' ad hoc duties, analysis as required by the business Essential Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Attributes and Key Relationships: Personal Attributes: Good team player. Service & business-oriented mind set. Ability to hit and meet time lines. Pro-active. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Knowledge sharing. Strong problem-solving & analytic abilities.
