Overview
Project Accountant required for a high-profile West Midlands Plc. This leading Birmingham-based firm requires the expertise of a Finance Project Accountant to take ownership of the ongoing procurement processes, providing detailed analysis, insight and recommendation for changes and improvements. You will be required to report on risks and undue commercial exposure on existing supplier contracts, manage overhead supplier communications and introduce increased rigour via KPI reviews, improved controls and consistent data. The successful candidate must possess the following: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven track record in procurement related project accounting in a Plc environment First class communication skills and track record of managing multiple stakeholders Highly IT literate
