Overview
VIP Tailor Made Reservations Consultant VIP tailor made worldwide reservations consultant required to join highly prestigious travel company's tailor made reservations team. You will be handling the leisure travel arrangements for film stars, musicians, models, sports stars and generally dealing with a very prestigious and demanding client base. Consequently this role requires outstanding customer service skills and previous experience of using a CRS, either within a travel agents/ tour operator / or business travel environment. This role involves some face-to-face contact with clients by appointment only and has the same hours as business travel 9-5 Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include building up a loyal clientele by managing all your customers' requirements and exceeding their expectations. You will be handling their every need from the initial enquiry through to the post travel follow up. To be considered for this role you need to be well travelled and have previous experience within the luxury travel market. This role would be perfect for someone who has worked their way up to a management/supervisory role within a tailor made worldwide travel department and now wishes to relinquish his/her management duties and focus on satisfying the demands of the rich and famous.
