1housekeeper sought for VIP client in Buckinghamshire (30 mins from London) Burnham, Buckinghamshire (30 mins from London) The Client: Our client is a prominent HNW individual with a girlfriend and without children. He has several homes and spends most his time away. He resides in the UK home occasionally with gaps of approx 1-2 months at the time. Typically only spending a couple of weeks at the time in the house. The service standard expected is high as the principle is used to high end service. The set up is nice and the principle is a lovely calm person. His right hand is a female house manager/PA who is also in charge of the households staff. Large house with several rooms, dining room, kitchen, several bathrooms. Current staff: Long standing chef, chauffeur and housekeepers (will be replaced by you) The Vacancy: We are seeking: 1 great live in (possibly daily) housekeeper for this fine property. Duties are: Unpacking and packing for trips. Laundry duties. Swimming pool towels laundry and organisation. Upkeep. General cleaning of a high standard. Dusting, polishing, care of furniture and interior. Service: You need to have a good understanding and knowledge of great dining service. When the principle is on site, you are expected to assist with the service of meals. Reports to Head of Housekeeping. You should therefor have worked with housekeeping service in the past. Requirement: Professionalism, 5 + years experience in housekeeping, good at service, hardworking and with a nice disposition. If you are from an Eastern country or with Eastern service skills, the principle would be most pleased as he, himself is Eastern. However, the job doesn't require for the housekeepers to be from an Eastern country. Accommodation in the house is available for the 2 x housekeepers. The accommodation is separate for all staff. It is a very nice set up with ample space and all conveniences needed. They will consider a live out person also. Days and Hours: 5 days week. Rota schedule with the other staff. Full on work (flexibility 24/7) when the principle is in place but that is a maximum of 1-2 weeks at the time. When the principle is not in the house, general housekeeping duties and maintenance is required of high standard. Note! For a hard worker, there is a chance of promotion and a climb up in the family hierarchy Salaries: Salary will depend on previous experience.
