Job Description
A long-standing Client of ours in Mayfair is looking for a night carer who can look after her elderly Mother. The candidate must have a min of 3 years carer experience, ideally more. Also, ideally if he/ she drives as they would like them not to use public transport because of the whole Coronavirus situation in the UK. If you do not drive, the client's chauffeur will pick you up and drop you off, but you have to live in London for this to be arranged, however they would prefer someone who can live in their staff quarters in a separate building opposite their house. The role is live out BUT there is staff quarters available for the person who is only looking for a live-in role (this can be arranged only after the trial). The candidate must follow strict isolation and contact rules when they return home. The shifts vary ( Monday, Tuesday, Friday nights with Sunday day or Wednesday, Friday Saturday and Sunday day shifts) and can be shared with the other carer they have had for the last 3 years but they are normally 3 nights a week and Sundays during the day (unless you do the day shifts mentioned previously). It's also possible that the client can offer extra shifts/ extra hours. The night shifts start at 9pm and finishes at 9am. The client has a lot of household staff and also other carers but due to the virus situation, they are short on care staff and hence needing another one. They are mostly in need of night time help. The client is needs a dedicated individual who will treat her parents as their own and be compassionate, kind and give tender loving care. They should have patience to deal with fear anxiety which at time brings mood swings. Work is simple but hard because it needs perfection and efficiency to follow processes laid out by our client for her parents Good pay for this role.
