Travel and Tourism Reservation Executive Very high quality travel company require knowledgeable tailor made consultant to join their world wide tailor made team. Reservation Executive Job Description: Your role will involve managing guests travel requirements from start to final documentation. Your daily duties will include processing all reservation enquires, handling telephone calls, processing accommodation requests, investigating any queries/complaints, assisting with marketing and keeping abreast of industry developments. The ideal person will have specialist knowledge of Dubai, Oman, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, Mauritius and the Maldives ideally through personal travel and selling these destinations. The successful person must have at least four years travel industry experience and good knowledge of the luxury market. Working hours are 9-6 with no Sundays and one sat a month.
