Overview
My client are a well established Principle Contractor founded in the 90's based in the South East. They specialise in a mix of traditional and D&B residential, educational and commercial projects. Role: My client are seeking to hire a Site Manager to run a 4 storey bock of 20 apartments over a commercial area on a very tight site in Thornton Heath. The second floor is due to go on in within the next week with the roof going on in June. Planned completion is November 2020. There is follow on work after this site to go onto a project in Purley which is a 39 unit scheme following the completion of Thornton Heath. My client also has further work with two clients on two further schemes in Coulsdon (36 units and 40 units) which are going through planning at the moment and as such these are looking like further works for 2021. Responsibilities: As Site Manager you will be responsible for the following: Site Inductions Short term programming Logistics & welfare H&S management Sub-Contractor Management RAMS Day to day running of the site Requirements: My Client requires the below VALID tickets.
