Sales Administrator Your new company Hays are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work in a Multi - Media Company. This role is on a permanent basis and is based in Media City Manchester. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary up to £22,000. Your new role Providing daily support for clients and management by delivering regular reports. Proactively supporting the wider organisation. Being a reliable and professional first point of contact for clients and candidates a like. Sending and replying to a high volume of emails in a polite and informed manner. General administration duties around the office to provide a positive contribution to business objectives and goals. Contributing to and engaging in customer service reviews. Regularly meeting with fellow team members to ensure that targets are being hit. Effectively support the staff management duties including; recruitment, mentoring, training, target setting and performance assessment. Making sure that you complete all your duties on time and to a high standard. Hitting your targets to help your team. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a fast pace office environment. Excellent IT skills are vital, specifically strong using Excel and Word Must have excellent telephone manner. Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written. Must be very organised and able to handle competing responsibilities. Must be a team player that is always on hand to assist. Must answer all calls and emails in a friendly and helpful manor Must have exceptional attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed correctly. Must be a natural team leader and someone who is able to handle responsibility. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on time. Must have the drive to learn more about the role and improve their knowledge. What you'll get in return This role is a permanent position, In return you will receive an annual wage up to £22,000.
