Tax Senior Watford (Outskirts) £45,000 to £55,000 Interaction Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be supporting this well-established 4 partner firm of chartered accountants who are now in the market to recruit a qualified (CTA/ACA/ACCA) Tax Senior on a full-time permanent basis. ABOUT THE ROLE - The role will incorporate all aspects of Tax and advisory work with responsibility for a diverse portfolio of clients with T/O between £7 - £15m. · Managing your own diverse client portfolio · Preparation, review and submission of complex self-assessment personal tax returns, corporation tax etc · Dealing with all HMRC matters on behalf of the clients · Assisting with the management of the departments self-assessment compliance cycle · Reviewing tax compliance work produced by junior team members and identifying tax planning opportunities, concerns and areas requiring further consideration · Dealing with often complex tax and tax planning issues for the firms clients · Provide clients with updates on information regarding tax liabilities ABOUT YOU - With in-depth experience of self-assessment and corporation tax you will be currently working for a small to medium sized chartered practice as a qualified or finalist level Tax accountant. You should be an adept user of various accounting software applications including Sage (essential), XERO, Caseware and Quickbooks. Your experience of MS Excel should be at an advanced level. As you will be working in partnership with a loyal and established client base the need for strong communication and rapport building skills is imperative.
