Head of IT Operations, London, £100k-£115k The Head of IT Operations is a leadership role within the IT team accountable for the IT operations across the global enterprise. The Head of IT Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient operational support of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support all business processes and customer facing systems. This individual will have a diversified background of technical infrastructure experience, demonstrated project management acumen and excellent vendor management skills, be an adept leader of people, plus have a superior, service-oriented approach to IT operations Responsibilities ·Provides oversight for the operations and support of IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, and provides input to the CIO as well as other members of the IT management team ·Fosters a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques. ·Leads the development of the operations aspects of the IT strategy and roadmap, and ensures its integration with the broader Technology departments strategic plans. ·Fosters relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology and the broader business to ensure good coordination of IT changes without impacting business processes. ·Builds and maintains relationships with other IT leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensures cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs, and is able to respond with agility to changing business priorities. ·Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IT operations environment. ·Experience supporting and integrating systems hosted by 3rd parties ('in the cloud’) ·Experience using Citrix, AWS, Workspaces. ·Good knowledge of Windows scripting (VBScript / PowerShell, BASH). ·Good Troubleshooting skills in Outlook 2010/2016 and components OCS, Active Sync at mobile devices etc. Head of IT Operations, London, £100k-£1115k
