Overview
International Sales Administrator This role will suit a dynamic team player with a can-do attitude who possesses strong commercial and administration skills. The role will require flexibility and the ability to manage a variety of projects at the same time and may on occasion require travel to Key International markets. Key Responsibilities Providing Competitor information on key overseas markets and potential new customers Creation of costings, prices and quotation sheets in the format required by overseas customers International markets for on-line sales and marketing campaigns Analysing sales, stock figures and assisting in the production of stock forecasts. Occasional travel to Europe for research and approaching new customers Carrying out market research and assisting with the production of marketing materials in various foreign languages Providing administrative support to existing and potential International customers and supporting their requests for information, specifications, images and samples Updating the companies CRM system with customer details and key plans Assisting the International Team with Trip follow ups including archiving photos, visit reports · Carrying out International translations, and where required working with translation agencies to create market specific literature and important S.E.O terms Preparing monthly sales analysis for selected International clients Responding to ad-hoc foreign language calls where needed Helping plan overseas trips and Travel Itineraries Skills and Experience Required. Fluency in German and English French desirable Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment Previous experience in a consumer durables/ consumer products industry Strong administration skills and of working to deadlines A Business or Languages Degree would be an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, …)
