Overview
An exciting opportunity has come up with our well-established client with offices based in central Edinburgh. With substantial expertise in property management, they are looking for an Assistant to join their Tenant ‘Move in’s Team’ for a 6-month period. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive reporting of properties throughout for the entire portfolio of tenants in Edinburgh and your key duties will include: · Building trust through relationships, great service and helping tenants with queries quickly and efficiently. · Help generate tenant and Investor referrals. · Support Property Manager with accurate and thorough reporting of the Properties · Responsible for notifying tenants of all attendance · Remind tenants of their obligations during their tenancy where required · Carry out End of Tenancy Inspections and arrange Cleaning Contractors · Ensure properties remain to high standard and meet current regulations · Arrange and provide Fire Talks to HMO tenants · Carry out HMO inspections with local authorities · Uploading reports to SME · Maintaining consistency of work in all Cities · Assisting colleagues with the application process To be suitable for this challenging and rewarding opportunity you must have the following key skills and experience: • Proven experience in a customer facing/service- related role • Experience or a genuine interest in the property industry would be beneficial • Experience working as a team player • Strong administration skills • Attention to detail • Self-motivated, pro-active and well organised • Ability to see the bigger picture • Out of the box thinking • Honesty and Integrity at all times is essential A valid driving licence is required You will receive a salary of £20-22k pro rata for a 6-month contract as well as 22 days holiday (pro rata). The hours for the role will be 9-530pm Monday – Friday but may be flexible.
