Overview
If you love food and culture and want to join a lively and friendly team, this could be the role for you. We are looking to recruit A quality assurance technician for the Selby area. This role will involve shift work, including 6 till 2 and 2 till 10 on a rotational basis, but there is some flexibility around this. Experience in auditing would be beneficial but not essential. The successfully quality assurance technician will ideally: - Have a background in the food industry with a knowledge of manufacturing. - Be responsible for ensuring food products meet high standards - Reporting ingredient and weight checks - Carry out quality analysis and corrective actions - Ensuring that the correct processes and procedures are in place and fully adhered to - Initiate regular spot audits We are looking for a motivated individual who can represent the company's high standards and conduct themselves in a professional & positive manner at all times. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a vital part of the role.
