An exciting opportunity for an Assistant PQS to join a city centre consultancy Your new company Your new company is established within the property industry and has expanded into creating a Cost Consultancy sub-division. Whilst you will be in a smaller team within the QS sub-division, you will have the support of a larger company and be in the same office as them. Based in the city centre area of Deansgate, you will be surrounded by the the best facilities and city buzz Manchester has to offer There is no short-supply of after-work activities, from the most on-trend bars and restaurants. The office itself is modern and open plan, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for the you and your future colleagues. Your new role Your new role will be supporting the Director PQS specifically with; Take-offs Bill of quantities Tender documentation Schedule of works Site visit Project surveying during work Full cost analysis Final accounts payable You will be able to increase your workload and take on more responsibility if you show the ability to do so- the work is there for you to take What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed with this position, you will have a degree within Quantity Surveying. It is essential you have a minimum of 2-4 years experience in a consultancy after graduating, and it is desirable that you have this experience within the healthcare industry. You must be honest, hard-working and a good communicator to be successful with this position. What you'll get in return In return for the hard work you will put in, you will be rewarded generously.
