Long term opportunity has arisen for a Capital Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy Your new company As a Project Manager you will join a true multi-disciplinary award winning construction consultancy based in Exeter who are involved in a number of influential capital projects across the wider Devon region which include educational facilities, healthcare improvements and other commercial property types. Your new role As a Capital Project Manager you will undertake a wide range of project management activities, delivering projects in accordance to the clients standards and brief. You'll work alongside colleges in architecture, engineering, and surveying in order to deliver your projects, monitoring the profitability of projects ensuring that all disciplines are performing to the required standard and level of output. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in your new role you will have a background in Project Management within the built environment or construction, ideally delivering construction projects ranging in value from 3 million up to 10 million in value. What you'll get in return In return you'll receive a competitive hourly or daily rate in a position which is likely to transfer into a permanent position after an initial interim period. This client is also happy to consider offering a permanent position in the first instance if of interest.
