Building Surveyor Job In Cambridge With Equity Partnership Your new company A tight knit team based in Cambridge operating as two separate entities as specialist teams of residential and commercial building surveyors. The commercial team heads up commercial clients across East Anglia and London. The Residential team focus on delivering a first class service in Cambridgeshire. Your new role You will be given the opportunity to gain equity partnership in with this organisation and implement strategies of your own accord. As the Building Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting building surveys, home buyers reports, conducting dilapidation's and party wall. Although this role will be centred around the development of the Residential team you will have the opportunity to get involved with the operations of their commercial team should you want. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be able to have MRICS although a promising APC candidate will be considered.As this position will require you to be in a client facing role you will need to have good communication and requires a high standard of literacy and reporting skills. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 DOE and the chance to gain equity partnership as well as a performance related profit share scheme which would further reward you up to 30% on billings.This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with a real family feel and work alongside a small team of chartered surveyors with a wealth of experience in the market.
