Overview
Quantity surveyor required in York Your new company You'll be working for a local building contractor in York Your new role Your role will involve attending design team and development meetings, dealing with tender information and creating procurement programmes, appointing subcontractors, cash flow forecasts, valuations, tender evaluations, final accounts, CVR's, materials cost reporting / monitoring, keeping the RAMS schedule updated and liaising with the other members of the commercial department. What you'll need to succeed Ideally they are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has a background working on commercial builds for the public sector including schools, hospitals and social housing.
