Freelance QS / Commercial Manager 6 months Rail Your new company Our client is one of the UK's leading rail contractors, working on the CEFA contract in York. Your new role This exciting role consist of managing the commercial function across a large portfolio of civil projects in the rail sector. As well as delivering on hands on Quantity Surveying duties such as producing CVRs this role will also involve rolling out commercial best practice across the team and also chairing client meetings and deputising for the commercial director when required. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong contractual knowledge in quantity surveying, in the civils sector. Rail experience is advantageous You will be an expert user of excel You will be either of Senior QS or commercial manager level.
