Overview

Our client, based in East London , is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner- ER on a temporarycontract for three months. Our client is an educational body. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will ideally come from an education background. Duties will include (but not limited to): Support managers with a range of ER issues and cases such as disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance Provide general advice to line managers on best practice, policies and procedures Source, plan and deliver training sessions for line managers including updating managers on changes to legislation Advise on talent management, workforce planning and staffing structures, working with the recruitment officer to implement policies Update the system with variations to terms and conditions and issue offer letters and contracts Produce and analyse management information relating to staff turnovers and sickness absence Give advice and coach managers and employees on the fair and consistent application of these and maintain all relevant records and systems Experience required: iTrent Strong employee relations knowledge Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
