Overview
Our client a leading manufacturing business that is part of a large international group is produces key components used in the aerospace, automotive and defence is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team. As Finance Manager you will be the number one finance person for the site, you will be a finance business partner to the Factory General Manager working with him to understand site performance, managing the cost base and driving profitability. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will lead a Finance team of 3 and have responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet for the site. You and your team will deliver weekly and monthly reporting, production of KPI's and analysis and ensure group reporting deadlines are hit.
