IT Infrastructure Support Engineer - London - £28K £24K - £28K depending on experience Excellent Training Due to unprecedented growth within the last 5 years, my client, a leading Managed Service Provider in London, are looking for a IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to come onboard ASAP. This position is ideal for an aspiring engineer looking to kickstart their career in IT within a fast-growing company. There are excellent opportunities for progression due to the expansion that the company is planning over the next few years. Once you are in the sky is the limit On top of that they provide excellent training, including a training plan and resources to assist you in becoming Microsoft accredited. Duties include; Troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software Logging and managing requests Be the first point of contact for customers both in person and remotely, logging and resolving calls using the set procedures. Escalating issues as and when necessary. Monitoring systems, performing repairs, upgrades, installations and other routine tasks. This is a great company to work for, with many benefits.
