Overview

HR Manager South West London - £45,000-£53,000 We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide expert support and advice at an Education Management organisation in SW London. This is a great opportunity for a real generalist with expertise in multiple HR disciplines, to join the organisation and work with the wider team in maintaining and developing the HR function. You will be responsible for: All day-to-day HR related activities Ensuring HR compliance - Writing and coaching managers on the implementation of policies and procedures, regulations and safer recruitment practices - Employment Legislations Management of employee relations case work Ensuring employees have the correct development opportunities and training in place Recruitment and selection - Overall recruitment process and delegating relative administrative work Performance Management - effectively manage performance management system and work with line managers to keep systems updated Monthly Payroll management Management of an HR Officer We are looking for the following experience: Previous experience as an HR Manager- strong knowledge and understanding of all HR disciplines Education/Local Council industry experience required Knowledge of HRIS Experience in delivering learning and training programmes CIPD qualified - Minimum level 5 Strong communication and relationship building skills IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Database Management What the company can offer: A very supportive environment with strong organisational values of helping others Salary of up to £53k Company benefits.
