Overview

Job title - Project Coordinator Location - Blackfriars with relocation to Liverpool Street We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our successful and established team as our Project Coordinator. As work load increases and more projects have been won we are now looking for a Coordinator to support our Project Delivery team on an initial 3 month FTC, with a temp to perm opportunity for the right individual. On a day to day basis this role will be busy and very varied so we are looking for a hard working, organised and proactive individual. In your role you will be personally responsible for creating and updating tracking spread-sheets and databases, liaising with clients and customers, arranging appointments, organising interviews and meetings, providing and monitoring feedback and collating customer data and so you will need to be highly organised and good at taking the initiative. As Project Coordinator you will be working closely with the project team and our customers so you will definitely need to be a people person In addition, we are also looking for the following skills and experience: Strong communications skills; written, face to face and over the phone Excellent customer service experience Strong ability to juggle multiple project tasks at once Experience of scheduling and timetabling Excellent organisation and administrative abilities Good attention to detail Excellent work ethic Whilst you will be bring the above skill set, you will be joining a team of 8 experienced consultants who will support your learning and development in conjunction with the more formal company wide L&D programme.
