Our client specialises in financial mis-selling and is searching for a dedicated litigation solicitor to come in as a Compliance Officer to support their ABS applications. This would be ideal for a litigation solicitor, with a strong background in a litigious area of law who is keen to join a reputable company with an excellent name in the market and handling work such as: Supporting the ABS application Ensuring the company is compliant with the SRA and audit matters Handling internal complaints to the firm and assessing trends Handling commercial files and litigious matters In this role, you will benefit from a competitive salary as well as the opportunity to join an established and growing team.
