Overview
A fast-growing international online gaming and sports betting business is looking to hire a senior Legal Counsel to support its business units across Europe. Based in London, this In-House Counsel role is offered full-time on a permanent basis. Your New Role Reporting to the General Counsel for the business, the In-House Counsel role will involve providing commercial legal support to in-house teams. Responsibilities will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial legal agreements such as service agreements, software agreements, payments agreements and media contracts. Working closely with international business units including sales and marketing teams to provide commercial legal support. Advising on intellectual property and data protections issues for the business. Liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
