Compliance Lawyer - US Law Firm
Overview
A top US law firm, based in London, are looking for a Compliance and Risk Lawyer to join their UK function. This is a brand new role, to support the growing demands placed on the team and firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a developing function. Responsibilities include: - Reviewing and updating key policies and procedures for the firm - Reviewing contractual arrangements with suppliers - Liaising with the SRA - Providing advice on engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines - Acting as a senior escalation point for AML, conflicts, GDPR, SRA and other regulatory matters The ideal candidate will be 3 PQE and have international law firm experience.
