The practice is multi-service and are highly regarded in a majority of their chosen fields, they attract clients from a wide variety of business sectors which makes for a varied and exciting role. The Role The firm is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Partner to join their expanding team in London This Real Estate department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to further develop this offering out of their London office. The team is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to develop in line with increased workflow. It is an experienced and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are outstanding. They work with a wide variety of clients including national and international investors, developers, banks, and organisations. The work they do is also varied however; your caseload will depend on your own focus - this work includes: Landlord and Tenant work Sales and Acquisitions of property Property management (incl. Licences to assign) Property Finance And Residential development work Ideally, you will have a transferable client base; this leading Top 200 UK firm will assist with the onboarding of clients as well as offering full support for you to service and develop this portfolio in your new role.
