Are you a Childcare Lawyer looking for a new role? We have a great opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a South London Local Authority on a 6 month locum basis. This contract is expected to go onto a rolling contract basis. The Childcare Lawyer will hold their own caseload of matters relating to childcare law, such as: Care cases and pre-proceedings Emergency protection orders Exclusion orders Non-accidental injury Those with experience of working in a local authority are highly desirable, but our client is open to considering Childcare Lawyers from other backgrounds who have handled public childcare law before. The Council are located conveniently nearby to transport links which allow for easy access from areas inside and outside of London. They also offer flexible working arrangements, such as 1 day working from home after an initial settling in period.
