This leading international law firm is looking to hire an associate into its market-leading restructuring and insolvency practice based in London. The position covers all sorts of restructuring matters, including reviewing different types of debt instruments and advising the relevant parties on their rights following default, pre-packaged administration sales of shares or businesses, company voluntary arrangements, and cross-border restructurings or insolvencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice at a leading international law firm in London. The firm offers a very competitive salary and career progression. The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years PQE gained at a highly regarded restructuring practice in the UK.
