Are you an experienced personal injury litigator with defendant experience? If so, we are working with a fantastic defendant law firm in the heart of Manchester who are looking to grow their personal injury litigation team with this role dealing predominantly with Fast Track work. Ideally, you will already be in a defendant law firm and have extensive knowledge of the CPR as well as working to strict court deadlines, reporting to insurance companies, negotiating settlements, conducting hearings over telephone, diary management and issuing court proceedings.
