Due to continued expansion, this top 50 defendant law firm is looking to recruit an EL/PL solicitor who is NQ-3 years' PQE to join their market-leading casualty EL/PL Department. Your caseload will involve a range of pre and post litigated employers and public liability claims on behalf of insurer clients and self-insuring corporations (including fast-track and multi-track). To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified EL/PL solicitor or legal executive, however, those with more experience still encouraged to apply. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar environment within a defendant firm, with a proven track record in handling litigated EL/PL matters, although claimants with a solid grounding of EL/PL experience and the desire to work in a defendant environment may be considered.
