An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EL/PL & RTA fee earner/paralegal to join a well renowned national insurance firm in their Manchester office. You will be a core representative of this specialist defendant Personal Injury team where you will work alongside friendly and supportive paralegals/fee earners. This flexible position will see you handle a mixed caseload of fast track employers/public liability matters, along with RTA motor claims from initial instruction through to settlement. Also, to further your experience within litigation, you will be assisting senior fee earners on complex files. As this award-winning firm continues to grow, you will need to be ambitious and have a real desire to succeed and in return will be given realistic progression and career development opportunities. Having defendant personal injury experience will be advantageous, however, the firm encourages candidates from a claimant background, experienced in handling an EL/PL/RTA litigated caseload to apply.
