Overview
Are you an experienced solicitor with at least 6 months experience of working with a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims? If so, my client is a leading multi-service Legal 500 rated practice that is looking for a strong, hardworking and ambitious litigator to join their team in their Manchester city centre office. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months' experience of working on housing disrepair work with strong knowledge of the housing disrerpair protocol (CPR) and be familiar with current legislation. Those candidates with experience of Landlord and Tenant law is advantegeous but but no means a prerequisite for this role, neither is the level of PQE.
