Senior HR Advisor - CIPD Qualified Full time ( flexible working hours) Location: Liverpool We are recruiting for an experience HR Advisor to join a highly driven and Innovative global organisation based in Liverpool. We are looking for Individuals who can demonstrate extensive HR Advisory/HR Generalist experience working within manufacturing. EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND Educated to degree level preferred with CIPD qualification. Daily support to the management team on, Grievances, Disciplinaries, ER and absence Management Good knowledge and experience as a HR Generalist and Advisory level, ideally operating within the Manufacturing industry or have worked in a large organisation with contract and temporary staffing. An excellent understanding of UK employment law and employment regulation. Previous experience of updating terms and conditions and training managers on policies and procedures. Working alongside recruitment expertise, providing a forward thinking and creative recruitment and selection service Providing a positive contribution to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Working alongside HR colleagues and management to maximise employee engagement Producing, analysing and interpreting management information using relevant, reliable and accurate internal (and where appropriate, external) HR analytics that supports business decision making Working with the Learning and Development Business Partner to develop and provide proactive development for employees and management Developing and delivering classroom-based HR training to line managers Ability to coach senior leaders and their teams to deliver business strategy and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams Support with recruitment and on boarding process Responsible for new contracts of employment and salary bench marking Able to influence people at all levels of the organisation and secure their buy in and commitment. High energy and an ability to demonstrate resilience in achieving goals/targets. Attention to detail and an ability to deliver to the highest standard, within rigid timeframes Taking initiative, organizing, prioritizing and balancing diverse tasks in order to meet deadlines Driving quality and continuous improvement across various HR functions You should demonstrate that you can work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environments and that you are passionate about change, innovation and making things work in a new way. The role will require a Broad change management skill set, combined with ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change. Excellent communication skills that focus on simplicity and clarity of presentation, both written and oral. Along with strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work with a diverse team in terms of seniority, function and culture.
