Role: HR Advisor Location: Liverpool Salary: Dependant on Experience The Firm Our client, a leading international law firm with a presence in Liverpool are looking to bring on board an experienced and driven HR Advisor to manage their CSR and D&I interests. This award-winning firm provides full legal services and advice to global clients to include but not limited to commercial, banking and finance, insurance, education and international trade. The Role A passion for driving change in D&I and CSR Proven experience of writing content for papers, communications, website and surveys (evidence to be provided at interview stage) Demonstrable experience in applications for external accreditation Excellent communication and Microsoft office skills Highly numerate and ability to analyse data Experience from a legal firm or professional services background is desired The Candidate Experience and ambition to progress and drive D&I and CSR schemes Comfortable building strong and lasting relationships with external services and stakeholders Essential experience in creative content creation and delivery to various business platforms The successful HR Advisor will come from a diverse and forward-thinking environment Experience operating within a HR, Marketing, L&D, Communications environment is expected.
