You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. Specific Scope/Client Groups: OFS Chemicals Plant - Kirkby, England Scope: 191 employees **Essential Responsibilities:** Recruitment: + Engagingwith the business on identifying staffing plans, controlling the HC throughapproval of raised requisitions + Draftingoffers in line with agreed salary matrixes, get offers approved by senior HRPartner + Controllingcompliance of approvals and compensation guidelines + Trainingmanagers on interviewing, auditing the interviewing process for compliance + Reviewof recruitment and onboarding through regular communication with TR group,exchange of feedback from the business and candidates to see opportunities forimprovement and implement them together with senior HR Partners. Cost Control: + Aligningoffers, transfers, promotions and other compensation related actions with theagreed salary matrixes and budgets of the business + Regularlyengage with the business to check compensation cost metric and base thecompensation proposals on the budget situation. Employee relations: + Manageemployee relations issues and ensure concerns are properly identified, reported& resolved + Assurecompliance with all applicable local laws and corporate policies/guidelines,and identify opportunities to develop and implement new practices/guidelines toachieve business goals. + HRpolicy/training- Ensure consistent application and integration of policies,procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliantwork environment + Conductinginvestigations + Issuingdisciplinaries Talent Management: + Highlightingbest talent for new challenges and opportunities + Engagewith business leaders and senior HR Partners during succession planning, XLPand other programs nominations, training nominations + SupportTalent Management framework through educating employees on valued competencesand skills, encourage development of valued competences and skills throughformal training, mentoring, new workprojects Organizational Structure: + Engagingwith the business managers and senior HR Partners to recommend organizationalstructure + Maintainorg standards for org structure in key roles' reporting lines, number of layersand management span Other tasks as assign. **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree equivalent or HighSchool Graduate/GED or equivalent with proven years of relevant workexperience. + Proven experience in HRfield. + Certain professional certification maybe required (country-specific where needed **Eligibility Requirement:** + Legal authorization to work in theUnited Kingdom is required + Must be willing to travel, as required(15%) **Desired Characteristics:** + Knowledge of BHGE HR principals, practices and procedures.Implementing management of change under supervision with a Senior HR Partners.Providing HR solutions for the business leaders under the supervision of aSenior HR Partner. + Knowledge of the business, financial acumen, understanding of howproduct/service turns into revenue, understanding of cost constituents,understanding of how to influence the cost, readiness to impact businessresults through HR solutions. + Knowledge of leadership competences for talent ID. + Excellent verbal and written skills **Locations:** Kirkby, England Baker Hughes, a GE company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
