They rely on funds raised by supporters and therefore rely on their fundraising team to open up communication channels, making the role of the Data Analyst significantly important. What you'll be doing as a Data Analyst: Support the implementation of FastStats Support the digital and fundraising teams with performance analysis Create actionable insight by identifying support trends and patterns Segmentation and audience analysis Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to build events and goals on the website Improving support engagement and the cause of the charity What you'll need: Advanced Excel - pivot tables and vlooksup Experience with FastStats Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience Ability to draw conclusions and insights from complex datasets The Senior Data Analyst role is based in central London, although there is no pressure to be going anywhere near an office at this point.
